We’re a growing commercial cleaning company looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our small team. This is not the kind of job where someone stands over your shoulder all day — we’re looking for someone who can handle responsibility, work independently, and take pride in doing quality work.

If you’re the type of person who notices the little details, isn’t afraid of hard work, and likes staying active instead of sitting behind a desk all day, you’d probably fit in well here.

What the job involves:
• Commercial cleaning for offices, gyms, common areas, and commercial spaces
• Moving and flipping heavy tables/furniture when needed
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working independently and managing tasks responsibly
• Helping maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism

Schedule:
• Most work is during evening hours
• Typical start times are around 6 PM
• Occasionally shifts may start later around 10 PM (rarely)
• Part-time to start with potential for full-time hours later on

What we’re looking for:
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable in a physically active role
• Able to work well without constant supervision
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a background check

Pay & growth:
• $17–$20/hour depending on experience and work ethic
• Opportunity to grow within the company as we continue expanding
